BOD Racing Team (Đội đua BOD)
Sing-An chassis engineering was founded in 1996, specializing in vehicle chassis settings, upgrades and adjustments. Cai Rong Zhan, the person in charge, has a keen interest in chassis modification and tuning, and after he has known the famous racer Guo Guo Xin, they have joined TIS Longtan Racing for all levels of events. Guo Guo Xin’s chassis modification and settings have done by Sing-An for years and made the fastest lap record of 55.5 seconds at Longtan in June 2008.
A few years ago, Sing-An gathered a group of mountain road lovers. Due to the prevalence of RV rally, the team members successively signed up for the game in the name of the club. Due to the lack of resource integration among club moderators, Cai Rong Zhan, who is in charge of logistics, decided to organize these cyclists and lead “Heroes of the road” to the regular event in the name of official team.
In 2005, the racing team was established and filed for registration to A.C.S.C.A., officially immersed in the China Association for the Asia-Pacific Tourism Cup off-road Rally series of events. Because the partner was "Gears", the name of the team was " Sing-An Gears Team."
In 2006, the team changed the partnership to BOD racing oil, and changed the name to “Sing-An BOD Team”. The team compiled a total of three vehicles: 2WD group A, B, C., in the same year, the team also won the "Team Championship of the Year" in the A.C.S.C.A. series. Its racer Chen Zheng Guo also won the "Top Ten Champion of the Year".
In 2007, after almost one year of rest and adjustment, Sing-An BOD Team officially started again at the end of the same year. Formal vehicle expansion to six: one for each 2WD group A and group B, 4 for group C.
From 2008, the team participated in the China-Asia Association for the Asia-Pacific Tourism Cup Cross-country Rally Series events, won the "annual team runner-up", its racer Lin Guan Cheng won the "Top Ten Racers of the Year" and racer Chen Zheng Guo won 10th place in Top 10 racers.
In 2009, due to the reduction of China cross-country events, they changed to participate in Taiwan Rally Touring Car Championship (referred to as TRCC), and won the annual TRCC Cross-country rally "third runner-up of the year team", its racer Lin Guan Cheng also won the "champion of the year."
In 2010, the team won TRCC Cross Country Rally "Runner-up of the Year" and its racer Lin Yuan Hu also won the "Runner-up of the Year". In the same year, in order to promote official race events and cultivate the new generation, fully participate in “Street Group” race event. Besides the championship group, other common street cars are also welcomed to promote the race sports, and also educate people the correct driving concept.
